OUR STORY

The inspiration for Deluxe Manna comes from the flavours of our home country the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Organic ingredients are the foundation of our dishes. We strive to make each and every plate a wholesome expression of our love for food.

We Pride ourselves in representing Africa as whole and bringing the relishes of Africa to the world. We stock our restaurant kitchen in much the same way that we stock our home kitchen, with daily deliveries of fresh ingredients that we select ourselves directly from the market each morning. Of course, special herbs and spices imported from Africa and the Caribbean region are included. 

 

So we can bring you dishes’ such as Jollof Rice, Ntamba (Suya), Jerk Chicken and assortments of fresh fish along with a wide range of vegan options to delight your taste buds.
